Paul Marsh

Paul Marsh brings extensive expertise in financial management and operations to his current roles as the President – National Sales for Encompass Lending Group and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for two wholly owned subsidiaries of Fathom Holdings, Inc.  Mr. Marsh founded and owned multiple companies in the service, insurance, technology, manufacturing, club sports and real estate industries.  They include Encompass Lending Group, Real System Sales Results, Dagley Insurance Agency, Encompass Advisory Services, ZoomBang, Katy United / United Sports Academy, Driven Telematics and NJP Katy South. In addition, Marsh has consulted with multi-unit businesses and managed a commercial real-estate development company with projects in Houston, Texas.

Mr. Marsh is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas with the flair and drive of an entrepreneur. Marsh received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics degrees from the University of North Texas. He is a member of the Texas Society of CPAs, the American Institute of CPAs, and Financial Executives International. Marsh was a finalist for CFO of the Year by the Houston Business Journal in 2007 & 2016, was named to the Mortgage Professional America Hot 100 in 2018 and was a Housingwire Insider for the real estate industry in 2024.

Marsh has contributed to professional organizations through service as committee chair and board member for Financial Executives International, board member for National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB), and board member, treasurer and past president for Greater Houston Association of Mortgage Professionals (GHAMP).  Mr. Marsh is an active member of his community and has volunteered with Junior Achievement, Chairman of the Board for T Bar M Sports Camp (Center for Christian Growth), Board Member for Katy United (club sports team), and finance/audit chair for Cinco Ranch Property Association. Mr. Marsh is most proud of his family and has been married for 26 years to his wonderful wife and is a loving father to his three children.
