Academic Honors Day
The Finanical Executives International - Houston Chapter (FEI) honors twelve accounting or finance students attending accredited colleges and universities in Southeast Texas annually with a scholarship award and an Academic Honors Program. The Academic Honors Day (AHD) is held each February and is hosted by a local Houston business or organization in conjunction with FEI.
By linking the award of financial support to students with their exposure to real world experiences presented as part of the FEI's Academic Honors Program, we can better personalize the educational experience with a focus to encourage ethical business conduct and the pursuit of accounting and finance as valid career choices.
