Enrique Rosales

 Enrique Rosales recently assumed the role of Senior Vice President on the Houston Middle Market team at Fifth Third Bank, N.A., a role that underscores both his expertise and capacity to lead in the dynamic financial services environment of the region. 
 
Prior to joining Fifth Third Bank, Enrique cultivated a robust professional trajectory in both commercial banking and global banking, serving in roles that combined strategic oversight and client-facing relationship management—most notably as a portfolio manager and relationship manager with Wells Fargo and Amegy Bank across various Texas markets. These positions equipped him with a command of commercial lending, underwriting, and portfolio structuring across a variety of industries and business segments.
 
Academically, Enrique is a graduate of The University of Texas at San Antonio where he focused on International Business, a field that sharpened his global financial acumen, intercultural awareness, and strategic thinking around multinational commerce. His academic training has been key in his approach to complex banking challenges and client solutions.
 
Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Enrique demonstrates a commitment to professional community-building and regional development. He is a current committee member of Financial Executives International and Greater Houston Partnership’s Regional Economic Development Committee. Amongst other responsibilities, Enrique serves helping to organize events that blend networking, leadership, and philanthropic engagement. 
 
Originally from Mexico and raised in San Antonio, Enrique’s journey to his current base in Houston reflects strategic career advancement and contributions to community and civic pursuits. Since 2020, he and his wife Alexandria have made Houston their home with their three children.
