Roger Burks

   Roger Burks is the Chairman and Founder of WG Consulting. Mr. Burks is a CPA with over 40 years of business experience, including over 20 years with Deloitte. He was an Audit Partner, and his last role was Partner in Charge of the Global Strategic Clients and the Energy Practice for the Gulf Coast Region.
Mr. Burks founded two Consulting Firms since he left Deloitte and after selling his interest in the first firm, he was CFO and Board Member of a Private Company and led them to an IPO on the NASDAQ Exchange.

Mr. Burks’ experience also includes serving early stage/ and private companies to have preparedness for growth. He serves on numerous Boards including Private Equity/Private Companies. He is has served as an Advisory Board Member for the National Association of Corporate Directors and a founding member of the Private Directors Association. He received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Houston Chapter of CPAs in 2020.
