Colleen Estes has over 40 years of experience within public accounting and industry.   She is a Managing Director with Sirius Solutions and is responsible for the Regulatory and Compliance practice, providing expertise to clients, and developing new business for the Company.  Colleen currently serves as a Director and Treasurer of the FEI Houston Scholarship Foundation and has also served as a Director on the FEI Chapter Board and Chairman of several committees.  She is a member of the Corporate Guild of Dress for Success, a non-profit organization whose mission is to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire, and development tools to help thrive in work and life.

Ms. Estes started her career at Ernst & Young in the audit practice for 13 years.  Colleen was the first Corporate Controller at Sanifill, Inc., a non-hazardous waste new public company.  She was the Chief Financial Officer of Texas Medical Center and served on the non-profit Boards of the Texas Medical Center Laundry and Thermal Electric Corporation.  Ms. Estes was also the Chief Financial Officer at Van Leeuwen Pipe and Tube, a privately-held PVF distribution company based in the Netherlands.

Colleen received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Louisiana State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.  She is an active alumnus in Delta Gamma sorority.  She lives in Houston with her husband, Stephen and her 91 year old mother, Mary Ann.
