Evelyn Angelle is an independent director and philanthropist.
Ms. Angelle’s executive experience focused on the oilfield products and services industry, including being Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for BJ Services and various leadership roles at Halliburton.
Ms. Angelle was Senior Vice President of Supply Chain for Halliburton, leading more than 11,000 employees globally. Her organization consisted of 22 manufacturing facilities, as well as employees responsible for procurement, materials, and logistics in over 80 countries. Prior to that appointment, Ms. Angelle was Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer. In addition to these positions, Ms. Angelle held various executive positions in Finance, including serving as Vice President of Investor Relations, for which she oversaw Halliburton communications and relationships with investors and analysts.
Before joining Halliburton, Ms. Angelle worked for 15 years in the audit department of Ernst & Young LLP, where she specialized in serving large, multinational public companies and provided technical accounting and consultation to clients and other professionals.
Ms. Angelle is a member of the Board of Directors and serves as the chair of Forum Energy Technologies’ (NYSE: FET) Audit Committee. Forum Energy Technologies is a global oilfield products company serving the subsea, drilling, completion and infrastructure sectors of the energy industry. She also serves on the Audit Committee and Board of Directors of STEP Energy Services (TSX: STEP), a deep-capacity coiled tubing, fluid and nitrogen pumping and hydraulic fracturing solutions provider in North America. Ms. Angelle is a member of the Board of Managers and serves as the chair of Amp Americas II’s Audit Committee. Amp Americas II is a renewable natural gas company focused on dairy methane.
Ms. Angelle received her bachelor's degree in Accounting from Saint Mary's College in Notre Dame, Indiana. She is a certified public accountant in Texas and a certified management accountant. She holds a certificate in cybersecurity risk oversight from Carnegie Mellon University and the Directorship Certified designation from the National Association of Corporate Directors.
She currently serves on the executive committees of the board of directors of Junior Achievement of Southeast Texas and Junior Achievement USA. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of the FEI Houston Scholarship Foundation and the Southwest Dressage Championships.
